Requirements for Trading Investment License in
Saudi Arabia

100% Foreign Ownership

  • Global Presence: Must own companies in at least three countries outside Saudi Arabia.

  • Capital Requirement: Minimum capital of 30 million SAR in the first year.

Note: The partnership requires identical shareholders in all three countries

Commercial License with Saudi Shareholder
(75:25 Partnership)

  • Global Presence: Must own at least one company outside Saudi Arabia.

  • Capital Requirement:
    • Total: 27 million SAR
    • 20 million SAR by the foreign company
    • 7 million SAR by the Saudi shareholder
